Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Items must be returned along with invoice / proof of purchase.
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or usage will not be eligible for return.
Due to the nature of electrical products, we recommend checking the specifications before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or installed wires & cables
Cut / customized length products
Bulk orders made on special request
Products damaged after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Replacement
We only replace items if they are:
Defective
Damaged during shipping
Incorrect product delivered
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
